Terms of Service

1. Disclaimer

Covenant Network Support offers computer service, repair and upgrading services as is. We believe business should be
conducted honestly, fairly and be subject to reasonableness. We strive to provide the highest quality of service and
support. We cannot guarantee specific results for our services, but will operate under the principles stated below and
expect you to do the same.

3. Liability

We provide our services in en effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer systems for which you request such
services. We will not intentionally harm your system. It is our goal to fix your computer, not damage it more. In the
case of accidental damage or data loss to your system, further damage or data loss caused by already existing problems in
your system such as viruses, misconfigured software, or hardware problems/failures, you agree to hold us, Covenant
Network Support, and any persons associated with or involved in the work being done for you, non-liable for any damages
resulting from such problems.

4. Problems Not Covered Under Warranty

Computer limited warranties do not cover some third party software-related problems. Nor does the warranty cover problems related to, or caused by, the installation of any hardware item(s) after the date of our original repair. Problems
related to accident or service performed by anyone other than an authorized Covenant Network Support technician. We may
uninstall certain applications that are known to cause system problems before we begin troubleshooting. We are not
responsible for any lost data although we will make every effort to safeguard your data. Hard drives can crash anytime.

When cleaning your computer�s files for better performance, some data will be erased like cookies, history, start-up
commands and other temporary files, but we will never purposely erase your important programs, bookmarks, favorites,
email records, letters, photos, videos and any other user-created files.

Hardware problems can be diagnosed but usually cannot be repaired online. After we have determined exactly what hardware needs to be replaced or repaired, we will recommend you have that done by a local repair shop. You may still owe the diagnostic and other repair charges.

Computer training, teaching and emotional support is very limited and may be charged extra.

5. Turn Around Time

First come, first served. We make every effort to work on your computer immediately on weekdays. Our hours are 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday, Central Day Light time. However, due to periods of increased workload it may take longer to
contact you. We often work after hours.

6. Limitation of Liability:

IF ANY DAMAGE SHOULD OCCUR WHILE YOUR COMPUTER OR SYSTEMS ARE BEING SERVICED, WE HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR THE COST OF REPAIR OF THE AFFECTED COMPUTER. OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE OF YOUR COMPUTER, WHETHER DUE TO OUR ERROR OR NEGLIGENCE OR TO ANY OTHER REASON, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS THAT YOU PAY US FOR SUCH SERVICE. WE HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER NOT OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PERMITTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. WE EXPRESSLY HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO DATA OR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS WHILE PERFORMING SERVICE. YOUR ONLY REMEDY UNDER THE REPAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS TO SEEK RECOVERY OF DAMAGES AGAINST US IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE.

7. Data Protection:

You agree and understand that it is your (the customer's) responsibility to maintain copies of all important data on your
computer. This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma. In the event any dispute arises
under this agreement or in any manner concerning the subject matter thereof, the parties agree that any such dispute
shall be subject to binding arbitration only, and the parties expressly waive any and all rights they may have to
otherwise proceed with such dispute resolution in a court of law. Any and all binding arbitration proceedings shall be
undertaken as "fast track" proceedings and shall only be commenced in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Each party shall bear its
own costs and expenses of such proceedings, including any and all resulting attorney fees; provided, however, that the
prevailing party in such proceedings may have the right to recover attorney fees against the opposing party if such fees
are otherwise recoverable in disputes of that type under the laws of the State of Oklahoma. This paragraph is intended to
be and shall be construed as a forum selection clause, and the parties agree to bound hereto.

8. Guarantee

Covenant Network Support provides online repair service on most any brand desktop or laptop running Microsoft Windows XP and Vista operating systems.

We do not charge your credit card until you are completely satisfied.

If we don't fix your original problem you don't pay. We guarantee our work. New viruses and/or spyware will covered and
will be removed as needed. If we find a virus that has corrupted your operating system, we will recommend you reinstall
windows. This diagnostic is part of our services. Our support is available after you sign up online. Again, we do not
charge your credit card until you are completely satisfied. Support is limited to one computer only per plan. Working
broadband internet connection is required. Dialup is not fast enough.
